My little Honduran Fruit Bat is dressed and ready for the first day of school. Her pencil is sharpened. Her new belt is tied tight.
But… she doesn’t feel ready.
She says it’s too light out to go to school. She’s tired. Her tummy hurts. Besides, will there be fruit cups in the cafeteria? And how many other bats will be there anyway???
The suspense is too much!
